When I’m your Wellness Coach, we work together to get clear on your goals using the core lifestyle pillars of Nourishment, Movement and Replenishment. They’re kind of like a three legged stool, if one is out of balance, your health is likely to feel off kilter. From there, we co-create your personal action plan to reclaim your equilibrium. I’m with you for each and every small step forward, seeking to educate, inspire and motivate you, all while gently holding you accountable to your plan.

Nourishment
What you put in, on and around your body either nourishes or depletes you. This includes not only the food you consume, but what you put on your skin, your surrounding environments, the media you take in, and the people in your life. Let’s figure out what serves you best, and what doesn’t.

We all know that exercise is good for you, but who has the time? We’ll not only find the time, we’ll also uncover the motivation and identify the right movement plan for you. I believe that the best exercise program for you is the one you’ll stick to, and more importantly, enjoy!

Let’s face it, small stressors are a daily constant. Too many emails, not enough time in the day, traffic, work deadlines, schedule demands, personal appointments, family squabbles, a never ending to-do list — they all add up. So we’ll also look at what your stressors are, how they impact you, and then create a custom set of rejuvenating practices to calm your body and mind.
